The data that you have entered into our contact us form is sent to our website administrator by email directly from the Wix platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide information, advice and guidance to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall

The data from our contact us section is used to provide you with any additional information or support that you have requested. In the process of doing this, the information you have given us may be shared among the team/Network members via email but will never be shared outside of the team without your prior consent. Once this advice has been provided, any identifying and contact details you may have provided to us such as your name will be deleted. However, general details of your enquiry and the advice given may be retained in order to inform future advice requests or other functions of the network

If you provide us with your contact details via our feedback form, we may use these to contact you regarding your feedback or enquiry/request for further advice or support. Once the enquiry/request is complete, your identifying details are deleted

We also have social media accounts with Facebook and Twitter and we will post and respond to posts on these forums as appropriate

We do not currently communicate with our website visitors in any other ways for any other reasons

This website uses sessional and persistent cookies in order to provide you with the best website user experience. We have a pop up alert for site users who access our website to alert you to this fact. If this alert is dismissed, this is taken as agreement to the use of cookies

How can our site visitors withdraw their consent?

Our site visitors are assumed to give their consent to being contacted by us if they provide us with their contact details in our feedback form. If a site users wishes to withdraw their consent to be contacted by us, they should complete another feedback form to inform us of this and we will then delete all of the contact details they provided to us and will not contact them regarding their feedback/enquiry

This privacy policy will be updated as soon as any aspect of it changes. Be this either as a result of website updates/upgrades/changes or any change in policy of data handling of Wix.com or any other data handlers used as a part of our site
